We are delighted to announce that Club Maidine / Trathnóna are now providing new services within the school. Our new services include an early morning drop off service which starts at 07:50 to 08:50 and 13:30 to 18:00 each day. At Club Maidine / Trathnóna, we aim to provide quality, friendly, and dependable care for each child. We cater for children aged 3 years to 12 years. Children must be pre-booked into these services to be guaranteed a space. If you have any interest in any of these services, please contact Club Manager Shauna on 083-0137140.
Club Maidine/Trathnóna is now registered for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS). This means that families availing of the service may be entitled to a reduction in fees. Families who qualify for this scheme can get up to €3.75 off the hourly rate at Club Maidine / Trathnóna, depending on your financial circumstances.
Maximum rates are payable where reckonable family income is under €26,000 per year. Rates reduce on a sliding scale as income rises but subsidies are payable in all cases where reckonable family income is less than €60,000 per year.
You can use the subsidy calculator on the NCS website to help you work out what your entitlement will be.
To apply online, you need:
- A verified MyGovID account
- Your children’s information, including their date of birth and PPS numbers
- Your employment and income-related details
- Your partner’s PPS number (your partner does not need a verified MyGovID account)
- Your partner’s employment and income-related details
